Terms & Conditions

Booking:

To make a booking we require a completed Booking Form and a deposit of €300 Euros payable by money order in the name of MARGARET McPHERSON.

The balance payable as above is due 60 days prior to your stay. In the case of cancellation over 60 days prior to your stay €75 Euros of your deposit will be retained. Under 60 days the deposit will be forfeited, under 30 days all funds received will be forfeit.

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 5pm, departure by 10am unless otherwise arranged by request. The house is equipped to accommodate a MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE.

Security Deposit:

A separate cheque for €300 Euros due with the balance of your payment. (For Canadian residents a banker's cheque for CND$400 or for British residents a banker's cheque for £200) The deposit is intended to cover any small damages, repairs, lost or broken items and additional cleaning if necessary. You will be notified of costs to be deducted or in excess of the deposit which will otherwise be returned to you within two weeks of your departure.

Cleaning:

Guests are asked to respect that Au Tourneur is a private home, not a hotel and are therefore responsible for insuring that house is left in clean condition and good order upon departure. Alternately house cleaning services may be arranged for €50 Euros payable upon departure. Should the house not be left in clean condition & good order, or arrangements not made for additional cleaning services, a charge of €100 Euros will be deducted from your security deposit.

Safety:

Au Tourneur is an ideal holiday home for the entire family. Guests are nevertheless responsible for all members of their party, including children, taking proper precautions to ensure their own safety.
